They are here to help all golfers of any age and ability to reach their potential.
Fern Shaw is our Head Professional here at the Wessex Golf Centre and brings a wealth of knowledge with her 13 years coaching experience. Video analysis and drill based exercises is what Fern believes helps you achieve the technique you’ve been longing for. Fern has been a part of the county coaching program for the last 9 years. As well as this she runs the Ladies & Junior programs' along side Luke. Fern also uses the latest technology with the GC Quad & HMP.
Luke Shaw is our Director of Golf and all things Wessex, and a big part of the coaching team here at the Wessex Golf Centre. Luke has brought with him his love of golf and has very quickly built up a good teaching client base which is a testament to his passion for coaching. Luke likes to work with all ages and abilities and hosts the county boys, Junior Section and Ladies coaching academy alongside Fern. Anything golf related and Luke will have the answers. Luke works with GC Quad and HMP.
Mike Watson is our Touring Golf professional based at Wessex Golf Centre. He is currently playing on the PGA National as well as national senior events.. Mike brings his 25 years experience of professional competitions as well as his professional qualification to his teaching.
The Wessex Aces Junior Academy
Fern and Luke run an extremely popular junior academy. The academy is held fortnightly on Saturdays and boasts over 50 aspiring young golfers. For more information or to put your name on the waiting list please contact Fern or Luke on landfgolf@outlook.com
